Day 14

Hiiiiieeeee.

It's Day 14 and we're back, baby!

It's started out slow with typical iced latte with almond milk and no sweetener (boooo) and I've been nomming on an apple for breakfast...

I've got 2 hard boiled eggs for lunch with some veggies that I need to heat up in a bit (hoping they are still good from last week)

Then in the plan is a Larabar before my workout class

and hopefully some beef fried rice for dinner while we watch Bachelor in Paradise.


Are ya'll bored yet? Haha. I really am keeping it boring over here. I NEED RECIPES.

Okay. That's my goal for today. Find. Recipes. And post them here.

Update: we made beef fried rice but this time used a blend of rice made from cauliflower and broccoli - it was crunchy and goooood and it totaled 4 veggies (peas and carrots on top!) total... woohooo.
