Day 5

It's day fiiiiiiive, bitches. (Sorry, in the middle of binging RuPaul's Dragrace right now)

The lead up to today, Saturday, was the day I was most worried about... and... I MADE IT. I did not give into brunch. I did not give into going to this amazing french restaurant down the street with a group of friends (I need a night in to clean and unpack from a trip anyways...) and I did not give into my craving for cheese. Ugh. I want to give in. But I won't.

It seems I've found decent substitutes for most of my sugar cravings... fruit and almond butter and larabars do the trick.

But I haven't found anything good to quench my craving for cheese. Which makes me nervous, but oh well.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, whole 30 approved bacon, and mixed fruit salad. Also, some cold brew with whole30 approved almond milk!

Lunch: Just a larabar while I was out and about, the breakfast I had was big and later in the morning

Dinner: We were going to do these garlic bacon avocado burgers, but the avocado wasn't ripe enough. Also, not the healthiest choice here, but compared to what would normally be spent dining out, probably somewhere italian, I'd say it's ok. We also made a salad with apples, red onions, and almonds.

I'm a bit low energy today and was fairly sore after our morning workout at Orange Theory. But I'm just gonna keep on keeping on.
