Day 8
I'm writing this once again, later than I should have so the information might be off. Whoops. I'll be better this week... I swear.
I notice if I don't start writing it half way through the day, I won't get back to writing it.
I followed the Whole 30 this day and most likely had some fruit for breakfast.
One of my co workers came back from being out the past month for health reasons and so we all wanted to grab lunch. We went to Dig Inn, which is super healthy, but also who knows what they cook everything in. I got the lemon garlic chicken and mixed greens. Super simple, so I think I was ok.
That night I ended up making steak and eggs.
I clearly need to work on getting more veggies into the mix. I keep saying it, but its hard to actually follow through.
Day 8 = complete and whole foods only. Huzzah!
